A six-week, live & interactive workshop for Neurodivergent Young Adults who struggle with anxiety.  Gain tools, insight, practice and peer connections to help them better manage anxiety and live with more confidence on their personal journey to, and through, adulthood.

WHAT YOU'LL GET:

✔️ SIX PRE-RECORDED TEACHING SESSIONS

Six weekly topic lessons created and developed by Dr. Mike and Julie Postma.  Each session is 1 hour in length, accessible 24/7 via Gifted and Thriving's secure and private learning management portal with forever access to all recordings and teaching materials.

✔️ SIX WEEKLY LIVE AND INTERACTIVE YOUNG ADULT SUPPORT GROUP SESSIONS 

Participate in live and interactive discussions led and facilitated by Dr. Mike and Julie Postma.  Each week's discussion topic will be on the lesson from the previous week.  Group participants will be able to discuss, collaborate with others in the group, and will get coaching and tools to help them better cope and live a more productive life from managing their anxiety. Live sessions are 90 minutes in length.
