A six-week, live & interactive group workshop for Neurodivergent teens who struggle with anxiety.  They will gain tools, insight, practice and peer connections to help them better manage their anxiety and live with more confidence on their personal journey to, and through, adulthood.

WHAT YOU'LL GET:

✔️ SIX PRE-RECORDED TEACHING SESSIONS

Six weekly topic lessons created and developed by Dr.'s Sharon Saline and Mike Postma.  Each session is 1 hour in length, accessible 24/7 via Gifted and Thriving's secure and private learning management portal with forever access to all recordings and teaching materials.

✔️ SIX WEEKLY LIVE & INTERACTIVE TEEN SUPPORT GROUP SESSIONS

Participate in live and interactive discussions led and facilitated by Dr.'s Mike and Sharon.  Each week's discussion topic will be on the lesson from the previous week.  Group participants will be able to discuss, collaborate with others in the group, and will get coaching and tools to help them better cope and live a more productive life from managing their anxiety. Live sessions are 90 minutes in length.

Unlimited access to Gifted and Thriving's private online group community. Teen/young adult participants can share ideas, collaborate with each other, discuss and dive deeper in the course content/topics accessible anytime, anywhere on any device!

✔️ CUSTOMIZED PERSONAL PLAN & DISCUSSION GUIDE

Each week we will have time to discuss thoroughly each topic and help to coach and develop your Action Guide that you can implement right away.  This is key in getting to a place of HOPE and progress in your unique family journey!
