Led by Dr. Mike Postma and special guests, these live and virtual weekly group coaching sessions welcome you to share challenges you or your loved ones are experiencing and working through.
Dr. Mike and other experts will offer advice and guidance, and this group format will allow other community members to offer peer support and insight as well.
